Barkha Rai is a co-founder of Ek Pahel. She is an exceptionally brave woman and constant source of advice and support to all the women studying and undergoing vocational training at Ek Pahel Pathshala. She is the Vice - Secretary of the NGO and Vice-Principal of the school and manages all the educational and co-curricular programs and projects run for the children and women by the NGO.
